GENERAL:
All Offers, Spends & Prices quoted on the site exclude
VAT at the prevailing rate at the time of order. All offers
are mutually exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction
with any other offer or promotion unless specifically stated
otherwise. Individuals receiving vouchers or “Benefits
in Kind” are personally responsible for any tax payable
to HMRC.
VOUCHERS:
Where vouchers are offered, these voucher face values include
VAT unless specifically quoted otherwise. Vouchers are shipped
with the goods – Hygiene4less will not be held responsible
for lost, missing or defaced vouchers. Vouchers are traceable.
Retailer Terms & Conditions apply to vouchers. Vouchers
are limited to a maximum of £100 per order - there
is no limit on the number of orders. Limited stock or time
constraints may apply – see individual offer.
DISCOUNT
CODES: Where “discount codes” are quoted, these
discounts apply to the ex VAT prices on the site excluding
any carriage that may be applicable. Discounts do not apply
to carriage if applicable.
DELIVERY:
Orders received before 14:00 will be despatched same day
on next day delivery in over 98% of cases (assuming goods
are ex stock). For goods despatched on Fridays, this will
be the next working day (ie: Monday). Specific delivery
requests including Weekend deliveries can be accommodated
in most instances by special request at extra cost. For
bulk orders or items over 150Kgs in weight, we reserve the
right to ship on economy 2-3 day carrier. Bank holidays
are not classed as Working Days.

Standard Terms and Conditions
The Company: Hygiene4Less: Hygiene4Less.co.uk
is a division of Maclin Sourcing Solutions Ltd.
The Customer: The corporate entity, firm or individual ordering the goods from the Company. All orders are made on the
following terms & conditions alone.
Maclin Sourcing Solutions Ltd sales representatives have no authority to make any representation or promise on the company’s behalf
or to vary these terms & conditions.
Prices: Unless stated to be fixed for a stated period, Maclin Sourcing Solutions Ltd reserves the right to change prices
at anytime without prior notice. All prices are excluding VAT.
Credit: Maclin Sourcing Solutions Ltd will agree to issue The Customer with credit subject to status.
Payment: The customer will agree to pay the full invoice amount within 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise
agreed in writing. The goods remain the property of Maclin Sourcing Solutions Limited until paid for in full.
Returns: The Company will supply the Customer with products on the understanding that the Customer will test them in actual
use and will have determined whether the products are suitable for the particular use to which they are to be applied. In the event of a
product not meeting the Customer’s requirements, it must be returned to the Company in an unused and resaleable condition within 30
days of delivery. A returns note (supplied when the company dispatches the goods) must be completed by the Customer and returned with the
products.
In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective
upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any credits and refunds will be made only after the Company’s
receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves
the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition.
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability
to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither
will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions
or our legal duties.
Damaged & Missing Products: The Customer must make any claims for damaged or missing product within 3 working days
of receipt of delivery. Maclin Sourcing Solutions Ltd reserves the right to refuse any claims made after 3 working days. This does not affect
the Customer’s statutory rights.
Online Product Images and Descriptions: Images on the site may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an
event, the product supplied by Maclin Sourcing Solutions Ltd will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.
Overseas Orders: Maclin Sourcing Solutions Ltd reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on
an individual basis.
