ChillChlor Ice Bath Sanitising Tablets
NaDCC based effervescent chlorine tablets formulated to keep Ice Baths safe to bathe and recover in.
- Fast Acting and Easy to Use – simply add to the ice bath water
- Ideal for keeping frequently used baths safe and clean
- Each tablet treats up to 1,000L of water
Top Tip: Use PN944 Aquasparkle 4 Way Test Strips to test chlorine levels before use
Technical:
Contains Sodium dichloroisocyanurate (sometimes referred to as Troclosene sodium.) Abbreviation: NaDCC.
When dissolved in water, the tablets produce Hypochlorous acid (HOCl or HClO).
This is an acid that forms when chlorine dissolves in water, and itself partially dissociates, forming hypochlorite, ClO−.
HClO and ClO− are oxidizers, and the primary disinfection agents of chlorine solutions.
Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.

- Pre-dissolve 1 ChillChlor tablet in a small volume of water
- When fully dissolved, add solution to the ice bath water
- Agitate the water to ensure even distribution
- Ensure regular testing of the water* before and after use.
- To test the ppm in the water, use Aquasparkle 4-Way Test Strips (PN944)
- When chlorine falls to 1 ppm, re-dose with 1 tablet

For effective treatment maintain chlorine levels of 2-5ppm
IMPORTANT: Never mix with any other chemicals, including cleaning products as dangerous reactions may occur
Handling:
- Handle products in a well-ventilated area, preferably outdoors
- Wash hands after use
Storage:
- Store in a cool dry place with the lid firmly on
