Description
Fire Proofing Spray 1 Litre Ready to Use
Ready to use Trigger Spray
This product was engineered for use on Natural Fabrics, Papers & Synthetic Materials that have good absorption characteristics. Performance can be affected by any process performed on the fabric after the material was “loom state”
Man made fibres have less tendency to absorb liquid therefore it is IMPERATIVE to test the fabric to be treated.
A number of factors can adversely affect the ability of Flame Retardant to be absorbed into the fabric or paper and can seriously affect the performance of Flame Retardant:
– If the material been already treated with Water Repellent
– If the material been already treated with Stain Guard or Treatment
– If the fabric was treated with Flame Retardant but has since been exposed to environmental conditions such as rain, snow or wind for example
– If it has been exposed to a lot of wear and tear since the last treatment (abrasion, storage etc)
Always test the fabric after treatment when using Fire proofing Spray. Always treat both sides of the fabric after it has thoroughly dried. Complete our “Treatment Certificate” (available on request) and keep it on file. Once fabric has been treated – test regularly that the performance has not been impaired over time due to environmental conditions.
